1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to trips and stays that you book with TS Boat Tourism. By booking with us or using this website you agree to them. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

2. What we offer

TS Boat Tourism organises boat trips on the river Godavari to Papikondalu, bamboo-hut stays at the Kolluru and Sirivaka camp sites, tours to Bhadrachalam, Parnasala and Bogatha waterfalls, and packages starting from Bhadrachalam, Rajahmundry and Hyderabad. We also arrange other tours on request, for example to Maredumilli. What is included (transport, boat, meals, stay) is listed on each package page.

We are an authorised partner of AP Tourism (APTDC) under licence APTDC/GM/MKT/KKD/RJY-1000/8/2024. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with Telangana Tourism (TGTDC) or any other government body.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings are taken by phone. Payment is by bank transfer or UPI to the account details at the bottom of every page. There is no online payment on this website.
• Prices on the package pages are in Indian rupees, per person, for an adult or a child. The child fare applies to children in the age range stated for the package (3 to 10 years on most packages; please check when you book).
• The price we confirm to you when you book is the price you pay.

4. Reporting, ID and boarding

• Be at the reporting place at the time stated on your package page or told to you on the phone. If you are late, the boat or vehicle may leave without you.
• Every adult traveller must carry valid photo ID and show it before boarding, and we may ask for age proof for children. We cannot let a traveller board without it.

5. Safety on the water and at camp

• Life jackets are provided on the boat. Wear them as the boat staff direct.
• Follow the instructions of the boat manager, guides and camp staff. Stay out of the water except where and when the guide says it is permitted.
• Routes, timings and stops depend on the weather, the river level and checks by the police or other authorities, and may change on the day.
• Tell us when you book if any traveller has a health condition or needs help to board.

6. Stays in bamboo huts

Huts are simple camp-site accommodation as described on the package page, shared as stated there. You are responsible for loss or damage that you or your group cause to huts, boats, vehicles or equipment.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short: you may ask to cancel at least 36 hours before travel, advance payments and booking deposits are not refundable, and if we cancel because of weather, river level or government restrictions you get a full refund less any bank or handling charge we told you about.

8. Information on this website

We try to keep prices, timings and itineraries on this website accurate, but mistakes can happen. If something looks wrong, please call us before you book. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by an inaccuracy on this website.

9. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, TS Boat Tourism is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned, or INR 100, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to carry out a trip caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as floods, high river levels, bad weather or government orders. Section 3 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy explains refunds when we cancel.

11. Using this website

Use this website lawfully. The text and layout of this website belong to TS Boat Tourism and may not be copied for use elsewhere without permission. This website does not link to other websites.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under that law.
